- It is normal for smoke to escape under the dome during use. The glass is hand blown and therefor no 2 are the same and no guarantee can be made they are perfectly flat.
- Due to the nature of wood there may be splits, chips, or other cosmetic defects. I try my best to choose only the best pieces. Hickory has significant variations in color and the final product may be different than pictured.
- A standard lighter is not sufficient to produce enough smoke. Please use a butane torch (Not included) for short periods to avoid damage to the chip holder and internal fan. https://www.amazon.com/Sondiko-Culinary-Refillable-Adjustable-Desserts/dp/B07L8YPYQK one like this is recommended.
- Empty the chip cup after use to avoid buildup that will effect the fan suction
- If smoke is not flowing check the fan to make sure it is spinning.
